Disability Survey 2024 - Adults

This is a survey for Blue Mountains City Council. 

We want to find out what it is like to live in the Blue Mountains for people with disabilities. 

This survey will help us make the community a better place to live for people with disabilities. 

This is a survey for adults with disabilities. If you are a child or caring for a child with a disability, please do this survey instead. 

The survey will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
