Community Survey of Resilience and Wellbeing

This survey is about wellbeing and resilience.

This survey is being undertaken by the Stronger Families Alliance. We are a group of community members and service providers in the Blue Mountains who are committed to making the Blue Mountains a great place for children, young people and families to live, go to school and work.

We recognise that families are part of a larger community where we all look out for one another. Families come in all shapes and sizes and we value your input.

We would like everyone to be involved in this survey.

We are asking community members across the Blue Mountains how they feel about their lives and the community they live in. We want to better understand the prevalence of resilience and wellbeing among the wider Blue Mountains community. This will help build local knowledge that will shape future action, funding, infrastructure and policy.

It would be great if you could take a few minutes to complete this survey.

We appreciate your time and as much information as you can give.
